From Texas to Afghanistan, the U.S. has never been a force to defend women and trans people. But as Texas clamps down on abortion rights, all is not lost. We can build a movement to defend our rights and win our liberation.
Join the Boston Revolutionary Socialists to speak out against Texas’s SB 8 and the broader attack on women, trans people, and those who need abortion care.
The Texas law will criminalize anyone who needs an abortion after 6 weeks (before many people know they’re pregnant) and will provide up to $10,000 rewards for each person who snitches on those visiting (or helping others visit) clinics.
The speakout will include speeches from activists in the community and an open mic for people to speak their mind on both Texas and Afghanistan. We’ll also provide ways you can get involved with organizing happening in your community.
